If you haven't built something that works — or it's simply not for you — email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund what you paid, in full. Any reason is a valid reason. No forms, no proof, no questions.
Email saadahmed@deeplearnhq.ca within 30 days of purchase and say you'd like a refund. That's the whole process. Writing from the address you used at checkout helps us find your order faster, but if you can't, just tell us the email you used. You do not need to give a reason, fill in a form, or show us anything you built. Feedback is welcome, never required.
The guarantee applies to purchases of The Generative AI 8-Week Bootcamp made through this website — at the full $99 USD price and at any discounted price, including purchases made with a discount code at $49 USD. There is no separate, stricter policy for discounted purchases. Whatever you paid is what we refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you to confirm when your refund has been processed.
When a refund is issued, access to the paid course materials associated with that purchase ends. You're welcome to re-enroll at any time in the future.
